• Purchase information: license status and order reference, associated with your account.
• Payment information: card and billing details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage information: basic diagnostic and license-activation data sent by the desktop app to verify your license.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account and license.
• To process payments and issue refunds where applicable.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent license misuse.

Disclosure

We share information with Stripe solely to process payments, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Security

Account and license data is stored using industry-standard access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
